The Bodrum Peninsula has long been a favourite holiday location with affluent Turks.. Where the Aegean meets the Mediterranean, the area is famed for its temperate climate and cooling onshore breeze. The growing Turkish economy, foreign investment and increasing levels of tourism have contributed to the Peninsula's reputation as an international resort making it a prime investment opportunity. Bodrum is one of the biggest property investment markets in Turkey and is very popular amongst foreigners who are looking to buy abroad

Akkoy

The Authentic Unchanged Mountain-village of Akkoy is located about 11 km from Ürgüp
(County Nevsehir / Cappadocia) On the central Anatolian Platform of rock-formations with unbelievable shapes and colors.
This region was already inhabited by the Hittites, Seljuk's and early Christians, in the first 3 centuries A.D. , when they used some of the caves to create complete underground cities, including Churches, monasteries and schools. These cities could be sealed by rolling big round stones before the entrance, like the one we know from the tomb of Jesus ( Isa).
Also in Akkoy you can find some old cave dwellings , churches and monasteries when you walk through the old part of the village.

Cappadocia

The history of Cappadocia, which means : "Land of the beautiful horses" started millions of years ago with the eruption of the two volcanoes, that spewed out lots of ashes, which later hardened into tuff, the soft stone that you find all over Cappadocia.
Wind and rain washed parts of the tuff away and created the most beautiful and special landscape, which is recognized as a unique world-wonder today.
The earliest civilizations settled here, like the caveman Hittites, and later early Christians used the natural caves to extend them to churches, monasteries and even complete underground cities.

Hot air balloons over the valleys of Cappadocia
It is really impossible to see the beauty of this region in a few days, so we recommend to stay at least one week here.
The many specially formed rock-formations are called fairy-chimneys and you can find many of these in the valleys in Cappadocia such as Ihlara valley, around Ürgüp and many other places in Kapadokya. Also in the small but very old village of Akkoy lots of cave-dwellings and even a few churches can be still visited.
Cappadocia has an airport in Kayseri, which can be reached via Istanbul or nowadays also via Izmir or if you come from the Netherlands direct from Amsterdam with Turkish Airlines or
Onur Air

East canyon otel-sıpa

Palm Springs has grown from its humble beginnings as a winter retreat for Hollywood people to become one of the country's most popular gay destinations.
Located in the Coachella Valley, Palm Springs is an easy two hour drive from Los Angeles, which lies directly to the west.

Palm Springs has things to do every day, throughout the year, whatever your interest:
Shopping opportunities abound, from vintage shops in northern Palm Canyon, to art galleries and souvenir shops downtown, to the very chic El Paseo shops in Palm Desert. Or drive a few miles out of town to Cabazon for designer outlet stores.
A thriving downtown scene can be found on Palm Canyon Drive, where the area becomes a giant street festival during VillageFest, happening every Thursday evening. Arenas Road has evolved into something of a “Castro Street South” with shops, restaurants and popular bars. Palm Springs' neighbor to the east, Cathedral City, is also a popular spot to take in the social scene.
Palm Springs is surrounded by and imbued with natural wonders. Hiking trails and bike rentals can help you explore the desert, mountains and canyons on your own. Or get a bird's eye view from a hot air balloon or aerial tramway. A tour of local museums and botanical gardens completes your nature tour.
And, like any respectable resort, Palm Springs has no shortage of opportunities to play a round of golf, work on your topspin or try your luck at the blackjack table.
